He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Monzyk and Frances Monzyk (Hoelscher); his wife Mildred Monzyk (Aholt); his siblings, Lawrence Monzyk, Rosa Pace, Sr., Bernard Monzyk, Helen Greenstreet, William Monzyk, Margaret Kahmann Vondera, Mary Stuckenschneider, Robert Monzyk, Joseph Monzyk, Louise Nolan and Jane Davis; and his son-in-law Gregg Westhoff.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Enloe (Chris) of Foristell, MO, David Monzyk (Cheryl) of Washington, MO, Joseph Monzyk of Ballwin, MO, Anne Lause (Jared) of Washington, MO and Fred Monzyk of Corvallis, OR. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
