He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Willard Haley and Bernice Haley; wife: Barb Haley; daughters: Cindy Borcherding (Allen) and Natalie Austin; siblings: John Haley, Tom Haley (Marge), Mike Haley (Judy), and Ladonna Singer (Robert); grandchildren: Josh Theissen, Emma Walde (Clayton), Owen Borcherding, and Haley Austin; great-grandchild: Eleanor Theissen; in-laws: Marlene Tobben, Terry Huxel (Lisa), and Jackie Huxel; deceased family: Pamela Locker (daughter), Hilda and Paul Huxel (mother and father-in-law), Bill Tobben, John Huxel, Barb Haley, Carol Sieve (Ken), and Dolores Peters (Ken); and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1206 Jefferson St, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Francis Borgia Church (115 Cedar St, Washington, MO 63090).
