He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha Jasper; his parents, Emil Jasper and Regina Jasper; and his siblings, Dale Jasper, Donald Jasper and Jane Jacquin.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Modde (Scott) of O'Fallon; his granddaughters, Taylor and Madison Modde of O'Fallon; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy "Dottie" Jasper of Owensville and Jenny Jasper of Washington. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oltmann Funeral Home - Washington (508 E 14th St, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church.
