She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Nieder (Mebruer) and Joseph Nieder; her husband Ray of Clover Bottom, MO; and her siblings, Victor, Lawrence, Richard, Walter, Elmer Nieder, Ann Bocklage, Eleanor Bocklage, Sister Modesta Nieder, Viola Nieder, Alfred, Norbert, Othmar and Rita Brinker.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Voss (Sharon) of Washington, Lois Dister (David) of Washington, Connie Rehbein (Paul) of Washington and Nicholas Voss (Phoenix); her grandchildren, Dean Voss (Danielle) of Jacksonville, FL, Greg Voss (Monica), Ben Martin (Courtney) of Labadie, MO, Amy Martin (Patrick McGee) and Tim Martin (Sarah Page); her great grandchildren, Colby, Camryn Voss, Alic Moreland, Sam Martin (Emily Carlton), Ella Martin, Clayton Voss, Calum and Addilyn McGee; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Kleekamp.
As a community service, Rosalie sewed countless merit badges onto sashes for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and during Covid, made around 1, 000 face masks for anyone needing them.
