She was predeceased by: her husband Werner F. Dreyer Jr.; her parents, Alfred Hoemann and Ina Hoemann; her sister Dorothy Mutert; and her brother-in-law Ralph Dreyer.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carolyn Rasche; her nieces, Linda Kauffman (Dan) and June Holt (Mike); and her nephew Jeff Rasche (late Jodi). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations may be given in honor of Ruth to Immanuel UCC of Holstein.
