She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Jaeckle and Virginia Jaeckle; and her brother Robert Jaeckle. She is survived by: her husband Gary Keeney; her daughters, Katherine Coonrod (Brian) and Gwendolyn Deisner (Matthew); and her grandchildren, Joseph Keeney (Rachel), Jacob Coonrod (Makayla), Brandon Deisner, Benjamin Coonrod and Kara Deisner (Jesus).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oltmann Funeral Home - Washington (508 E 14th St, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Sherry's honor to Solace Hospice Care (2300 Technology Drive, O'Fallon, MO 63368) or the Alzheimer's Association Greater Missouri Chapter (11433 Old Cabin Road, St. Louis, MO 63141).
