He was predeceased by: his father Kevin Mayall; his grandparents, Willis, Margaret Mayall, Norma Brockley and Floyd Barry; his mother-in-law Linda Statzel; his brother-in-law David Nystrom; and his cousins, Melissa Malott, Natasha Kukla and John Ross Kukla.
He is survived by: his mother Rhonda Wrestler (Barry) of Macomb, IL; his wife Vicki (Vicki); his children, Riley Mayall (Ariana Myers) and Madison Mayall (Jakob Robertson) of Washington, MO; his stepmother Bernie Mayall of Washington, MO; his father-in-law Butch Statzel of Washington, MO; his siblings, Krissa Nystrom of Pekin, IL, Niki Pataky (Matt) of Washington, MO and Wes O'Hern (Julie) of Washington, MO; and his stepsisters, Lori Farris of Union, MO, Krisi Epps (Douglas) of Pickerington, OH and Jami Theodosiou.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church of Washington (6890 MO-100, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Christian Church of Washington, MO.
