He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jean, Janice Leclerc, Franklin and Ellen Nora Whitaker. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Whitaker and Renee Leclerc of Washington; his daughters, Avery Whitaker of Washington, Audree Whitaker of Washington and Addilyn Whitaker of Washington; his siblings, Ashley Whitaker of Washington, Heather Whitaker (Tyler) of Union, Matthew Miller of Washington and Nicholas Miller of Washington; and his stepfather Bryan Miller of Washington. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made towards the family's funeral expenses or to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
