She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Walkenhorst and Ida; her husband Bill Kleinheider; her siblings, Ella Ayers, Hugo Walkenhorst, Stella Walkenhorst, Emil Walkenhorst and Milford Walkenhorst; and her brother-in-law John Kleinheider.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Kleinheider (Donna) of Washington, Dennis Kleinheider (Dawn) of Washington, Cindy Gerling (Bob) of New Haven, Randy Kleinheider (Brenda) of Washington and Julie Holloway (Mark) of New Haven; and her grandchildren, Jason Kleinheider (Sara Scott), Jenni Pruessner (James), Jesse Kleinheider (Erica), Tanya Virkler (Dallas), Jake Martin (Leah), Justin Kleinheider, Josie Kleinheider (Logan Dierker), Nick Gerling (Abby), Jaymie Davidson (Sam), Tiffany Emmons (Mitch), Alex Kleinheider (Kelsey), Sydney Morlock (Josh) and Martina Piontek (Cole). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Miller Funeral Home (1206 Jefferson St, Washington, MO 63090). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gertrude's Catholic Church (6535 State Hwy YY, Washington, MO 63090).
