Marvin L. Herron Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marvin L. Herron (Watson, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Herron and Cecile Mae Herron (Fischer); his wife Karen Herron of Peter's Lutheran Church; and his siblings, Willard Herron (Louise), Dollie Mae Herron and Gene Herron.
He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Duncan and Thea Knox (David); his grandchildren, Talya Culbertson, Eric Duncan (Quinn), Karen Coleman (Nick) and David M. Knox; his great grandchild Nora Duncan; and his sister-in-law Kathy Herron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Minter Funeral Chapel (217 N Main St, Rock Port, MO 64482). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Minter Funeral Chapel, Rock Port (217 N Main St, Rock Port, MO 64482).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Grange Hall Cemetery or Rock Port First Responders.
