He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur John and Louise Katherine Bultmann (Scholle); his spouse Montie Lucille Duvall; his son Arthur Wayne Bultmann; his grandson Matthew Rodenberg; his great grandchild Emmalee Bultmann; and his siblings, Charles Bultmann, Glendon Bultmann, Dorothy Lightfoot and Lorine Standley (Olvera).
He is survived by: his children, Bette Gorrell of Marshall, MO, Rose Ann Creason of Smithville, MO, Lois Trowbridge of Kansas City, MO, Terry Bultmann (Pam), Connie Leach of New Franklin, MO, Donnie Bultmann (Debi) of Carrollton, MO, Cathy Kelley (Dan), Kenny Bultmann (Marla) of Carrollton, MO and Larry Bultmann of Kansas City, MO; and his sister Mary Lou Hockridge of Sherman, TX. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Michael J. Fox Foundation (Parkinson's) and Multiple Sclerosis Society, or a charity of your choice.
