He is survived by: his wife Carol Cloughly; his children, Joel Fisher (Destiny) of Alma, Dennis Palmer (Keisha) of Marshall, Heather Goins (Daniel) of Waverly and Mandy Dowdy (David) of Crossville, TN; his grandchildren, Bradley Palmer, Kyndel Fisher, Kaylor Schreiman, Maggie Hodge (Austin), Joseph Dowdy, Zach Dowdy and Lily Dowdy; his great grandchildren, Brynlee, Ziiryn, Spencer, Bailee, Korbyn and Kolt; and his brothers, Scott Brewe (Phyllis) of Waverly and Marty Brewe (Cathy) of Waverly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
