He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Hamner and Shirley Reeves Hamner Mitchell. He is survived by: his children, Troy Hamner (Carrie) of Kahoka, Tara Hamner of Quincy, Haley Hamner (Jason Edwards) of Lone Rock and Tiffany Cooksey (Thomas) of Wayland; and his siblings, Karl Hamner (Rovene) of Kahoka and Debbie Otte (Ted Morehouse) of Kahoka.
