She was predeceased by: her parents, David Raymond Johnsen and Alma Joanne Johnsen (Jensen); her stepfather Lawrence Earnest Gan; and her siblings, Anna Christeen Tipton and Nels Tipton.

She is survived by: her husband James Alvin Gan; her children, John Gan (Kristi) of Fortuna, MO, Nettie Pallai of Richland, MO, Ben Gan of Richland, MO, Matt Gan of Richland, MO and Rebekah Floyd (Matt) of Marshfield, MO; and her sisters, Ida Berry of Ft. Madison, IA and June Taylor (Randy) of Eldon, MO. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memorial Chapel of Richland. A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Center Point Cemetery.
