He is survived by: his wife Betty Waters (Ogle) of Waynesville, MO; his children, Terry Waters (Marybeth) of Florida and Tina Waters (Mustafa Patwa) of Washington; his siblings, Charles Waters and Carol Allen; his grandchildren, Cimi, Kayla, Alyssa, Dakota and Aly; and his great grandchild Kaden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
