He is survived by: his children, Thomas T. Prather (Sue), Lonnie L. Prather of Waynesville, MO and Arthena A. Dye (Tony) of Waynesville, MO; his grandchildren, Shaquille, Zylphie, Madelyn (Case) and Weslee; and his sisters, Sue Abrams of Skidmore, MO and Gretchen Kirchner of Clarinda, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Chapels and Crematory. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville (202 W Historic 66, Waynesville, MO 65583).
