He was predeceased by: his stepmother Janet Brown; his grandparents, Jean Stapleton, Vivan, Ruth Brown, Arthur, Judy Forshey and Dayle Forshey; his parents-in-law, Stephanie and Richard Morris; and his in-laws, Judith and Raymond Burns.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Brown and Melodee Stapleton; his wife Tiffany Stapleton; his children, Jaden Stapleton (Heaven), Derick Stapleton and Luna Stapleton; his stepfather Kevin Forshey; and his siblings, Jacob Forshey, Benjamin Nichols, Cheyenne Mallett-Forshey, Alicia Timmons, Lani Staub, Michelle Emmitt, Carrie Hurley and Rachel Owens.
