She is survived by: her husband Sammy Smith; her children, Scottie Lee Smith of Reston, VA and Samantha Ann Hooker (Michael) of Waynesville, MO; her grandchildren, Caitlyn Smith, Jacquelyne Hooker-Brasher (Bobby), Wyatt Smith and Victoria Hooker (Garrett); and her brother Gordon Milne, Jr. (Gale) of Bellevue, NE. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
