He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Westphall; his parents, Jerry Westphall and Judy Westphall of Fort Atkinson, WI; his children, Danielle Westphall of Madison, WI, Nick Westphall of Madison, WI, Ella Westphall of Waynesville, MO, Henry Westphall of Waynesville, MO and Jackson Westphall of Waynesville, MO; his siblings, Rick Westphall (Donna Burnett) of Madison, WI, David Westphall (Nancy) of Clarksville, TN and Suzanne Hendrickson of Fort Adkinson, WI; his mother-in-law Dolores Klaesner of St. Charles, MO; and his siblings, Joe Klaesner (Laurie) of Creve Coeur, MO and Madonna Link (Chris) of St. Charles, MO. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
