She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lee Rich and Annie Mae Rich (Combs); her husband Donald Wayne Wagner (Don); and her brother James Rich (Jimmy). She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Nelson (Marty) and Michele Williams (Jay). She is also survived by daughters, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and Bella, her beloved toy poodle.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schneider Funeral Home (512 Main St, Mt Vernon, IN 47620). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
