He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foster and LaVerne Foster (Tindell); and his sister Judy Haney of Joplin. He is survived by: his wife Judy Foster of Webb City, MO; his daughters, Kimberly Coss (Marty) of Webb City, MO and Leslie Capron (Patrick) of Webb City, MO.; his grandchildren, Jeremy Coss, Natalie Harris, Koby Coss, Tadd Capron, Quincie Capron, Elliett Capron and Holly Capron; his great grandchild Drenyn Coss; and his grandson Seth Harris.
