It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene VanMeter of Webb City, Missouri, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Clyde VanMeter; and his wife Phyllis Ehrsam. He is survived by: his sons, Andy VanMeter of Joplin and Thomas VanMeter (Margaret) of Ypsilanti, Michigan. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
