He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Elrod and Ada Elrod (McIntire); his former wife Elberta Elrod (Tyler); his spouse Rayma Jean Clack; and his brothers, Howard Elrod and Jimmy Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Elrod (Kay) and Debbie Noland (Tom); his stepsons, Randy Lepper (Candy) and Jamie Clack (Erin); his siblings, Wayne Moore and Shirley Chaney; his grandsons, Jason Elrod (Kerri), Travis Elrod (Annette), Zach Noland (Jane) and Josh Noland (Kailee); and his great grandchildren, Emma Elrod, Abigail Elrod, Tenley Elrod, TJ Elrod, Ada June Noland, Redding Noland and Townes Noland.
