He is survived by: his wife Sue Corben of Jasper; his daughter Kristie Corben Sanders; his son-in-law Ronnie of Carthage; his children, Brent Corben of Carl Junction and Melissa Fonger of Jasper; his grandchildren, Heath, Nicholas Sanders, Brooke, Seth, Olivia, Miriah, Elijah, Anna Corben, Austin, Katie and Brett Fonger; and his sister Wilma Eberhard of Jasper.
