He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Miller (Kahl) and Gaylord Miller; his wife Sally Miller; and his siblings, Charlease Johnson, Gary Miller and Terry Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Charlease Stover (Mark) of Webb City, MO, Ashley Miller (Meghan) of Joplin, MO and Matt Ray (Shannon) of Galena, KS.; and his siblings, Randy Miller (Peggy) of Iowa and Candace Murray of Texas. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and their spouses, 22 great-grandchildren.
