She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Klapacz and Krystyna Klapacz (Bednarczyk); her siblings, Teresa Sieczka and Zdzislaw Klapacz; her father-in-law Czeslaw Wojcik; and her brothers-in-law, Krzysztof Wojcik, Wieslaw Wojcik and Piotr Sas.
She is survived by: her husband Slawomir Wojcik; her children, Dawid Wojcik and Sabina Wojcik; her mother-in-law Zofia Wojcik; her sister Anna Sas; her sibling's children, Bartlomiej Sas, Natalia Sas, Mariusz Sieczka and Magdalena Kolek (Jakub); her great-niece Maja Kolek; her godson Mateusz Pierwola; and her cousin Bozena Pierwola. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
