We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Lyman Wood in Webster Groves, Missouri, born in Champaign, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy Wood and Ella Wood; his sister Mary Beaver; and his wife Lucy Wood. He is survived by: his daughters, Kate Dixson and Linda Byrd (Jim); his grandchildren, Jason Byrd (Chelsey), Elgin, Melissa Floyd (Stephen), Christopher Byrd (Rachel), Jennifer Dixson, Kimberly Dixson Charlottesville (Joe) and Virginia; and his great grandchildren, Declan Byrd, Theodore Floyd and Eloise Byrd.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Chapel (825 Carillon Dr, Bartlett, IL 60103).
