With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred L. Winscott (Webster Groves, Missouri), who passed away on December 15, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas M. Riffel and Anna Caroline (Beuth); her husband Raymond; and her daughters, Melissa Lee and Lorian Ramming.
She is survived by : her daughters, Linda Weber (Kevin), Renee Swartz (Jerry), Andrea Poe (Bruce), Anne Lenz (Michael), Stacia Burch (Michael) and Molly Hohl.
