She is survived by: her mother Janice Hammond (Markley) of Wellington, MO; her sons, Zackery Schwermer (Sarah) of Lee's Summit, MO and Austen Schwermer (Jenna) of Lee's Summit, MO; and her grandchildren, Erick and Emmy Schwermer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
