She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Alexander Thurmon and Eunice Thurmon (Larkin); and her brothers, John Thurmon and Donald Thurmon. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Greg Thurmon (Barbara), Charles Thurmon (Mary), John Thurmon (Kristie), Jennifer Kraus (Warren) and Melissa Abkemeier (Tom); and her sister-in-law Marylou Thurmon. She is also survived by thirteen great nieces and nephews, and eight great, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Wellington United Methodist Church (603 MO-131, Wellington, MO 64097). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to the Wellington United Methodist Church.
