Raines of Wellsville, Missouri, born in Boonville, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2025 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Raines and Ada Raines (Runkle); his wife Juanita Wolf; his son Allen Raines; his grandchildren, Patricia Zipprich and Noah Raines; and his siblings, Lillian Jeffries, Richard "Dicky" Raines, David Raines and Mike "Micky" Raines.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Raines (Annette) of Bellflower, Dianna Gordon of San Diego and Sharon Newland of Fulton; his stepsons, Joseph Hannon of Wellsville and Rex Hannon of Bellflower; and his siblings, Barbara Caldwell of Boonville, Jerry Raines (Debra) of Lovelaceville, Larry Raines of Wright City and Roger Raines (Martha) of Wright City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
