He was predeceased by: his wife Elva Irene Neal; and his siblings, Colleena Nimsick, Anna Lee Tillock and Paulette Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Pennington (Dale) of Wentworth, Bobby White (Steve) of Granby, Connie Williams (Scott) of Wentworth and Rodger Osborn (Traci) of Wentworth; and his sister Marie Barnes of Sarcoxie. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
