He is survived by: his children, Jefferey R. Shilt (Anne) of Wentzville, MO and Julie McIntosh (Sean) of Wentzville, MO; his sister Pat Trussell (Gene) of Wentzville; his sister-in-law Vernice Freymuth; his grandchildren, Lily McIntosh and Russ Shilt; and his nieces and nephews, Russell Freymuth, Brett Woody, Eric Woody, Nathan Trussell (Kellie) of Wentzville, MO, Jason Trussell (Ruth) of Grantham, N. H., Pam Christopher, Carmen Lashley and Leigha Williams.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pitman Funeral Home (1545 Wentzville Pkwy, Wentzville, MO 63385). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the St. Charles Memorial Gardens Cemetery (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301).
