He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Ball and Lucy Ball; his son Norman Ray Ball; his siblings, Harold Ball and Edna Jones; and his nephews, Clyde, Milton, Eriskine and Donald.

He is survived by: his wife Essie Ball; his sister Lou Yvonne Harrison of Wright City, MO; his grandchildren, Diana, Shoncia, Chris, Norman and Montee; and his nieces, Joyce, Linda, Delores, MaryJo, Kim and Gloria.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church (707 E Koenig St, Wentzville, MO 63385). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Wesley Smith Cemetery (29779 State Hwy J, Wright City, MO 63390).
