She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Lee Payne; her parents, Floyd Petzel and Lucy Petzel; her brothers, Homer Petzel (Betty) and Robert Petzel (Betty); and her sister-in-law Christy Petzel.
She is survived by: her children, John P. Payne of St. Cloud, FL, Vicki Clausner (Daniel) of Troy, MO and Karyline Mueller (Robert) of Wentzville, MO; her brothers, Jerry Petzel of Bluffton, IN and Ned Petzel of Bluffton, IN; and her grandchildren, Andrea Disilvester (Matt) of Warrenton, MO, Josh Witte (Whitney) of Marthasville, MO, Timothy Clausner (Christine) of Troy, MO, Brandon Mueller (Katie) of Marthasville, MO, Lucas Mueller (Bree) of O' Fallon, MO, Kari Shaw (Rusty) of Troy, MO and Caitlyn Payne of Rockingham, NC. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
