He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Miller and Hazle Blanche Miller; his brother James Lacy Miller; and his parents-in-law, Carl E. Willey and Mary L. Willey.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Miller; his children, David William Miller (Amy) and Mariann Denise Amass (Ronald); his grandchildren, Brian Amass (Tiffany), Karen Stokes (Jeffrey), Rachel West (Dominick Spinelli), Carson Miller (Joanna) and Gage Miller; his great grandchildren, Camren Amass, Dashel Miller, Elizabeth Stokes and Savannah Stokes; his sister Ann Elizabeth Miller; and his sibling's children, Dr. Dana Kober Bayer (Adam) and Benjamin Kober (Grace). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Marshfield City Cemetery (627 S White Oak Rd, Marshfield, MO 65706).
