He was predeceased by: his father Thomas E. Finney; and his sister Jodi Finney. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Finney; his children, Holly Finney (Jamie Ritchie), Christianna Smallwood (Daniel Smallwood), Hunter Finney, Kylie Finney (Tommy Lewarne), Chelsea Gibson (Karl Frank) and Torri Valentine; his grandchildren, Makenzie Davis, Joel Sipe, Aiden Sipe, Magdalena Smallwood and Easton Ritchie; his mother Shirley Finney; and his siblings, Stachia Myers (Todd Myers), Tyne Horton (Jason Horton), Steve (Angie Finney) and Amber Finney-Hiser (Bill Hiser).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pitman Funeral Home (1545 Wentzville Pkwy, Wentzville, MO 63385).
