He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Sullivan; his children, Jeff Sullivan (Angelique) and Pam Kent (Rob Duncan); his brothers, Layne Sullivan (Jan), Wayne Sullivan (Carol) and Ronald Sullivan (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Cameron, Carson, Alex, Braeden and Kennedy.
