She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Chezem and Grace Chezem. She is survived by: her children, Brian Wesley Lientz (Karey), Andrew David Lientz (Melinda) and Kendra Jo Cockrum; her grandchildren, Shelise Lientz and Deshia Ford (Ryan Ford); her child Chelsee Bryant (Stephen Bryant); and her husband Ken Lientz. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
