She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilson Talley and Mildred Bernette Keith Talley; and her brother Wilson Talley. She is survived by: her son Larry Carter (Janice); her daughter-in-law Cheryl Carter; her grandchildren, Ty Carter, Kody Carter (Angie), Sara Beck (Michael), Kelli McKee (Jason), Amber Brown (Steve) and Brittany Farmer (Jared); her siblings, Marge Ryan and Bill Talley; her sons, Mike Carter and Gary Carter; and her siblings, Helen Burford, Lorraine Provow, Pauline Miladine, Hazel Henson, Cassie Heinrich, Minnie Hicks, Donald, Melvin and Oscar. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren.
