She is survived by: her sons, Brian Mayfield and Timothy Mayfield (Melissa); her grandchildren, Ashlie Thompson, Drew Wood and Theodore Mayfield; her great grandchildren, Levi and Addison Thompson; her sister-in-law Joyce Redburn; and her nieces, Jennifer Wheeler (Corey) and Lisa Rodgers (Jimmy).
