She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Lafayette Hutchens and Dorothy Olive Thornburg Hutchens; her husband Ian Sympson; her daughter Ruth Ann Klingler; and her siblings, Ralph, Lois, Evelyn and Wayne.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Freeman (Ron); her son-in-law Gary Klingler; her grandsons, David Klingler (Esther) and Adam Klingler (Julie); her great grandchild Lisa; her grandson Justin Freeman (Alison); her great grandchildren, Molly and James; her grandson Brett Freeman (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Lilly, Addie and Evie; and her sister Carol Scaggs (Ron). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Sweeton Pond Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to West Plains Public Library Children's Program or the Pottersville Baptist Church Food Pantry, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
