He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rowlett; his children, Earl Rowlett (Joy) of West Plains, Shirley Russell of West Plains, Rogia McKinney (Mark) of West Plains and Matthew Rowlett (Krystal) of West Plains; his brother Perry Rowlett; his children, Jake Rowlett and Janet Rowlett; his great grandchild Axel; and his brothers, Paul Rowlett and Lynn Rowlett. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
