She is survived by: her parents, Ernest McIntosh, Jr. and Carrie Lee McIntosh (Moore) of Elizabeth, Arkansas; and her siblings, Luke McIntosh (Stephanie) of Bolivar, Missouri and Crystal Locklear (Steven) of Salina, Kansas. She is also survived by five nephews; many other relatives and friends.
