He was predeceased by: his father Elbert Homer Wood. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Forgey; his children, Tyler Wood (Kindall), Austin Wood, Andria Bullock, Sergei Wood (Matt), Kyle Wood and Nathan Wood; his mother Nell Wood; and his siblings, Kay Newsom (Bob), Steve Wood (Alecia) and Bob Davis. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Dr. Wood departed this life on July 3, 2022, at Ozarks Healthcare after battling Parkinson's disease for several years.
