He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy Collins and Alta Croney Collins; and his brother-in-law Bill Brotherton. He is survived by: his children, Brotherton Propane, Empire Gas, Oil, Frankie Jo Collins, James Edward Collins (Anita) and Ivy E. Collins; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jason, Ashley, Blake, Bailey, John, Justin, Hannah, Emma and Isabella; his siblings, Royce Collins, Rick Collins and Anna Faye Shannon (Harold); his sister-in-law Shirley Brotherton; his granddaughter Amy Mansfield; his sister Shirley Reno; and his brother-in-law Frank Burk. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
