With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Lorraine Adkisson of West Plains, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hurd and Barbara Anson Hurd; her grandparents, George, Francis Hurd, Wilfred and Esther Anson; her father-in-law Ernest Adkisson; her stepfather-in-law Donald Holt; her brothers, David and Jimmy Hurd (Jimmy); her sister-in-law Sheila Adkisson; and her nephew Roy Glen Sexton, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Mandi Graham (Brandon Graham) and Jodi Adkisson; her husband Dennis Adkisson; her son-in-law Brandon; her granddaughters, Mallorie and Lillian; her mother-in-law Eudene Holt; and her siblings-in-law, Venita Fritz (Joe), Geneva Andrews (Gordon) and Glennis Adkisson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775).
