He is survived by: his sister Sharon Bode (Richard Bode); his nephews, Carl Bode of Rogersville, Missouri., Randy Upton, Ronnie Upton and Billy Upton; his brother-in-law Steve Petrey; his siblings, James "Ed" North and Shirley Joann Petrey (Upton); his nephew Ricky Upton; Lisa Upton. He is also survived by other nieces and numerous cousins.
