She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Lipscomb and Carol Lipscomb; her husband Bill E. Lowe; and her children, Mike Lowe and Jean Marie Lowe.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Lowe and Gregory Lowe (Denise); her daughter-in-law Bonita Lowe; her grandchildren, Melissa Hillis (Eric), Shawna Feuebacher (Mark), Amy Holland (Rodney), Jesse Martin (Heather), James Lowe (Monica), John Lowe (Tiffany) and Hannah Hellyer (Chris); her great grandchildren, Cole, Max Feuebacher, Tatum, Drew Holland, Lauren, Brylee, Adley Hillis, Mason, Dean Hellyer, Kyla Martin, Emily DeAngelo, Audrey Whitten and Gabriel Richison; her great great grandchild Quinn Feuebacher; and her brother Gary Lipscomb (Betty).
