He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Lowe; his children, Christina Cristobal (Ceasar), Samantha Rosmar (Ignatius), Suzanne Gallen (Padwick) and Roy Lee Lowe II (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Patricia, Cherice, Ilyssa, Isaiah, Noah, Gabriella, Padrake, Andrew, Rochelle, Liam, Lincoln and Rozeya; his great grandchildren, Brycen and Sarai; and his sisters, Linda Young, Karen Hall and Pat Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
